I sincerely hope your Christmas was enjoyable.  The days are getting longer and we are now looking forward to a New Year, a new beginning and let us hope it is a more spiritual and more peaceful one.

Thanks to all who have helped run the group during the past year, especially Carl as he is the one who runs the website and facebook (unfortunately I am not computer literate to use either).  Also Joan who supports and encourages me to continue.  And to all who come along to meetings or support the group in any other way.  Plus, although he does not receive the weekly messages, a thank you to Kevin for allowing our meetings at Marley´s Bar.

My New Year Resolution, is not to make resolutions, as they never last long !!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all and I look forward to seeing you whenever you can make it along to meetings, or hearing from you if you cannot attend due to distance or work.
