Hi everyone

Amazing - the beaches are still full of holidaymakers on sunbeds and swimming in the sea.  Long may this lovely weather continue.

Lee, the chap Running 4 Paws from north of Denmark to south of Spain, has been through Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and France and arrived in Spain a few days ago and will hopefully finish his epic journey in time to return to his family (inland from Calpe) well before Christmas - when completed he will have run 4,500 km across 126 days (a marathon a day)  a reminder he is running to raise funds for an ´Old Dogs´ Home¨  in Jalon.  See his journey on the web Running for Paws.

Sorry to say that the planned visit of Donna (a medium from Scotland) has been cancelled.  I am not sure yet what the subject of that meeting will be instead. Let me know if you want any particular subject to be covered.
