Hi everyone

Wake up - today is a fresh opportunity to create the life you want.

Just as it felt it was getting cooler we get a heatwave warning again. I wish someone could turn down the humidity!!!

Our last summer break lunch was well attended yesterday.  For those who want to share we are back to lunching at Javea Golf Club at 12.00 on meeting days.

The next meeting is Wednesday 9th (not 10th as in last week´s email-oops).

The subject is Mandalas.

The kids are back at school and we usually supply books and pencils etc before this time.  But better late than never   If anyone would like to donate items either things for school, or toiletries for the 10 kids at the Teenagers Home in Benissa - the items can be brought along to any meeting or handed in at Javea Golf Club restaurant - mark the bags with the name IAN.  And please remember at meetings if you have any loose change weighing your bag down please donate in the pot near the signing in book, all monies go towards Christmas treats for the kids at the Home.

An update on our local dog-lover Lee -  31 days on he is now in Belgium still running on his journey from the top of Denmark to the south of Spain to raise money for a new Dogs Home for Paws in Jalon.
