Hi everyone

Thursday already where do the days go ?   I hope you have had a good week since I last wrote.

Next Wednesday we are having another workshop -  Working with the Energy of Colour. Looking forward to seeing those of you who can make it along - where would we be without colour in our lives ?

I will leave you with a poem by Joan - I may have sent it before but as it fell out of other papers today I think there is a reason to send it....

PATHWAYS

Life is just another pathway, that you tread to learn and grow,

You won´t see what´s round the corner, you are not meant to know.

Material things, thoughts and feelings, will stir emotions deep inside

For these are all part of your journey, welcome to the bumpy ride!

And on your pathway you will meet, other souls along the road,

To help, or hinder, in your progress, maybe to add to your load.

They may test your understanding, they may show how far you´ve come,

You may see just where they´re standing, by the things that they have done.

You are all so very different, in your interests through life,

This is part of the greater picture, and not meant to cause you strife.

Learn to look deep inside, for the answers that you need,

They are there for you to nurture, just seek out that tiny seed.

Take more notice of what´s around you, see the beauty that is there,

Value friends, help each other, show how much you really care.

Love yourself, and believe how special, that you all really are,

For this brings healing to you, and each other, you really are a shining star.

This is of great importance, for all the healing that you send,

By all your thoughts and actions, by the love that you intend,

The Universe is there to help you, all you need to do is ask,

Use the energy that´s available, to aid you in your given task.

Life is just another pathway, for the wisdom to unfold,

And it´s not always easy, to unearth that pot of gold.

Remember too, you are that treasure, with a love that´s deep inside,

It is all part of your journey, welcome to the bumpy ride!
