Our meeting on Wednesday was very interesting and enjoyable thanks to Kathleen who started with a talk on the Emotional Guidance Scale - (the 23 emotional states we can be in) by Abraham Hicks. I sincerely hope that everyone is in the higher part of the list. Then Kathleen explained hypnosis and finished with showing us all ´tapping´. Before going to the SF meeting on Wednesday I went to the Costa Ladies Coffee morning at Javea Golf Club. A very good way to spend the morning in the company of lots of lovely friendly women from all walks of life and all different countries. If you would like to join them their next meeting is Wednesday 17th December 10am - 12 at Javea Golf Club.
