Meeting 24 Jan 2024

Hi everyone

I must admit that many of us went to the meeting yesterday not knowing what to expect from the advertised title of the talk.  The afternoon was extremely interesting, and went well over time with so much information on how to care for our inner selves, with the how, why and what to do to cleanse and balance our chakras. That was the basis of the afternoon but there was a lot more besides, so many thanks to Carl and Anna for such a wonderful experience.

Next week is the SF: Annual Dinner. Then the following week it will be February 7th  and Carl again being our speaker.  This time the subject being a talk and demonstration on Spiritual Response Therapy.

Meeting 10 Jan 2024

Hi everyone.

Yesterday´s meeting was most interesting, enlightening and useful for us all.  The subject was Self Defence and the speaker Paddy Brennan, MBE:  Paddy told us about his life and his work, instructions on how to look after ourselves, and even gave demonstrations on what to do if attacked.  Obviously we hope none of us ever has the need to try out what we were taught.

Paddy also told us about a local company for alarm systems available for our homes and for on our person.   A lady from the company contacted me this morning and will be sending details for me to share with you.

Also yesterday afternoon, there was an open discussion on whether we need protection spiritually.   Another interesting subject - with varying views and ideas..

Hi everyone

Helen gave us a great meeting yesterday, with lots of readings followed by a talk on mediumship.  All very interesting. Thank you Helen for taking time out of your holiday to visit the group.
